How long will it take to ship out my item I just bought?
Depending if your item has to be printed or not. If you are ordering a uniform or stock poms we will ship same day if ordered before 12:00 pm Central time or next day. If you are ordering custom printed items production time varies with item and season usually between 5-10 days.

Do you have rush orders?
Drop us an email with item interested in and event date. Sometimes we can get your order in as a rush order for additional shipping charges.

Can I order less than quantity listed?
In some items you can do a less than minimum but there will be an additional less than minimum charge.

Can I order assorted colors?
Some items can be ordered in assorted colors but some items has to be all the same color. Send me an email and see if your item can be in assorted colors?

Do I need to have my artwork camera ready?
If you know what you want printed just send us an email with all that information. We do not charge to help you out and creating your artwork.

I know what I want where do I find it in your store?
If you know what you want and don't see it in our store drop me an email. We have so many items it is taking a while to list on our website.
